Article 15 of Social Insurance Law

The employer shall bear the contributions stipulated in items (a-b) of (First) of Article (11) of this Law on the difference between the salary received by the insured person and the minimum salary referred to in Article (1) of this Law. The employer shall also bear the aforementioned contributions on the full salary for the following periods: 1 - Periods of unpaid sick leave. 2 - Periods for which the insured person was reinstated in service by a final judicial judgment without receiving salary for those periods.
