Article 17 مكرر of Social Insurance Law

The age requirement specified in the aforementioned Schedules Nos. (7 / A) and (7 / B) attached to this Law shall not apply if the actual contribution period has reached twenty-five years in applying item (5) of the preceding Article, or thirty years in applying item (6) thereof, where this occurred before 1 / 1 / 2020, regardless of the date of termination of service. The Public Treasury shall bear the financial burdens resulting from application of the preceding paragraph and shall pay them to the Institution in the manner prescribed by a decision of the Minister after approval of the Board of Directors.
