English translation
The Minister of Finance shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary to implement the provisions of the attached Law. The regulations and decisions issued in implementation of Amiri Decree No. 3 of 1960 shall remain in force insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Law, until the regulations and decisions provided for therein are issued.

على وزير المالية اصدار اللوائح والقرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ احكام القانون المرافق.
ويستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا للمرسوم الأميري رقم ٣ لسنة
١٩٦٠ فيما لا يتعارض مع احكام هذا القانون وذلك الى حين صدور اللوائح
