Article 61 of Social Insurance Law

The retirement pension shall be payable monthly at the rate of (65%) of the average income brackets during the 3 years preceding the termination of participation, for a period credited under this insurance amounting to 15 years, increased by (2%) for each additional year, up to a maximum of (95%) of that average. In applying the preceding paragraph, the salary on the basis of which retirement entitlements are calculated for periods covered under Part Three of this Law or under the Military Retirement Pensions and Gratuities Law, which fall within the aforementioned 3 years, shall be deemed an income bracket. The provisions of Article (21) of this Law shall apply to pensions payable under the provisions of this insurance.
