Article 63 of Social Insurance Law

The beneficiaries mentioned below, whether Kuwaitis or non-Kuwaitis, who, on the date of death of the insured person or pensioner, satisfy the entitlement conditions provided for in the following articles, shall have the right to receive shares of his pension in accordance with Schedule No. (1) attached to this Law, from the first day of the month in which the death occurred: 1 - The husband or widows. 2 - The children. 3 - The parents. 4 - The brothers and sisters. 5 - The son's children.
