English translation
A son's entitlement is conditional upon his not having attained the age of twenty-six. The following are excepted: 1- A person incapable of earning a living. - A student at an educational stage beyond secondary education, provided that he has not exceeded the age of twenty-eight. - A person who has obtained a university qualification or its equivalent or higher, provided that he has not attained the age of twenty-eight and has not taken employment or engaged in an activity subject to the provisions of Part Five of this Law.

يشترط لاستحقاق الابن الا يكون قد بلغ سن السادسة والعشرين ويستثنى من
ذلك :
۱ - العاجز عن الكسب.
- الطالب بأحد مراحل التعليم التي تجاوز التعليم الثانوي بشرط عدم تجاوزه
سن الثامنة والعشرين.
- من حصل على مؤهل جامعي او ما يعادله او يزيد عليه بشرط الا يكون قد بلغ
من الثامنة والعشرين ولم يلتحق بعمل او يزاول نشاطا يخضع فيه لأحكام الباب
