English translation
For brothers and sisters to be entitled, they must have been dependent on the deceased for their livelihood and must satisfy the conditions set out in Article (65) or Article (66) of this Law, as the case may be.

يشترط لاستحقاق الاخوة والاخوات ان يكونوا معتمدين في معيشتهم على المتوفي
ومستوفين للشروط المبينة في المادة (٦٥) او المادة (٦٦) من هذا القانون حسب
