English translation
1 - An artist's creation of an artistic work personally or by employing workers, and his sale thereof, shall not constitute a commercial act. 2 - Likewise, an author's printing of his work and his sale thereof shall not constitute a commercial act.

۱ - صنع الفنان عملا فنيا بنفسه او باستخدامه عمالا، وبيعه اياه، لا يعد عملا
تجاريا.
