English translation
1 - A farmer's sale of produce from land he owns or cultivates, even after processing that produce by the means he uses in his agricultural industry, shall not be considered a commercial act. 2 - However, if the farmer establishes a permanent shop or factory to sell his produce in its original state or after processing, the sale in this case shall be considered a commercial act.

١ - بيع المزارع الحاصلات الناتجة من الارض المملوكة له او التي يزرعها، ولو بعد
تحويل هذه الحاصلات بالوسائط التي يستعملها في صناعته الزراعية، لا يعد عملا
تجاريا .
٢ - اما إذا اسس المزارع متجرا او مصنعا بصفة دائمة لبيع حاصلاته بحالتها او
بعد تحويلها فإن البيع في هذه الحالة يعد عملاً تجارياً.Ask about this article
