All activities relating to air navigation shall be deemed commercial activities, in particular: 1- The construction, sale, purchase, letting, hiring, and repair of aircraft. 2- Contracts relating to the wages and salaries of aircrew and all other employees. - Air transport and consignments, and every operation relating thereto, such as the purchase or sale of aircraft equipment and provisioning materials.

يعد عملا تجاريا جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالملاحة الجوية، وبوجه خاص:
۱ - انشاء الطائرات وبيعها وشراؤها وايجارها واستئجارها واصلاحها.
٢ - العقود المتعلقة بأجور ورواتب الملاحين وسائر المستخدمين.
- النقل والارساليات الجوية، وكل عملية تتعلق بها كشراء او بيع ادوات ومواد
