Article 6 of Commercial Code

All acts relating to maritime navigation shall be deemed commercial acts, and in particular: 1 - Building, selling, purchasing, letting, hiring and repairing ships. 2 - Contracts relating to the wages and salaries of the ship's master, its seafarers and all other persons employed on it. - Maritime transport and consignments, and every transaction relating thereto, such as purchasing or selling their supplies of equipment, tools, ammunition, fuel, ropes, sails and provisions.
