Article 4 of Commercial Code

The following acts, in particular, shall be deemed commercial acts: 1 - Purchasing goods and other tangible and intangible movables with the intention of selling them at a profit, whether intended to be sold in their existing condition or after their transformation and manufacture. 2 Purchasing goods and other tangible and intangible movables with the intention of leasing them, or leasing them with the intention of subleasing them. - Selling or subleasing things purchased or leased in the manner set out above. 4 - A person's hiring a worker with the intention of hiring out his work, and his hiring out the work of the worker whom he hired for that purpose. h Supply contracts. 6 - A person's purchasing land or real property with the intention of profiting from its sale in its original condition or after its subdivision, and selling the land or real property purchased for that purpose. - Acts that may be considered analogous to the foregoing acts owing to the similarity of their characteristics and purposes.
