English translation
Subject to the provisions of Article 96, the rules of commercial custom shall apply to commercial matters for which no provision is made in this Law or other laws relating to commercial matters. Special custom or local custom shall take precedence over general custom. In the absence of commercial custom, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

مــع مراعــاة مــا نــص عليــه في المادة ٩6 تسري على المســائل التجاريــة قواعــد العــرف
التجــاري فــيما لم يــرد بشــأنه نــص في هــذا القانــون او غيره مــن القــوانين المتعلقــة بالمســائل
التجاريــة ويقــدم العــرف الخاص او العــرف المــحلي على العــرف العــام فــاذا لم يوجــد
