English translation
a If it is agreed that the buyer may specify the form of the sale, its size or other detailed characteristics, the buyer must make this specification within a reasonable period; otherwise, the seller may seek rescission and compensation. 2 - The seller may, after the expiry of the said period, specify these characteristics, and this specification shall be final if the buyer does not object to it within a reasonable period after being notified thereof.

ا إذا اتفق على ان للمشتري تحديد شكل البيع او حجمه او غير ذلك من مميزاته
التفصيلية وجب على المشتري ان يقوم بهذا التحديد خلال مدة معقولة والا جاز
للبائع ان يطلب الفسخ والتعويض.
٢ - ويجوز للبائع بعد انقضاء المدة المذكورة تحديد هذه المميزات، ويكون هذا
