If the contracting parties have not specified a price for the sale, this shall not render the sale void where it is apparent from the circumstances that the contracting parties intended to adopt the price prevailing in trade or the price applied in dealings between them.

إذا لم يحدد المتعاقدان ثمنا للبيع فلا يترتب على ذلك بطلان البيع متى تبين من
الظروف ان المتعاقدين قد نويا اعتماد السعر المتداول في التجارة او السعر الذي
