English translation
A third party may be authorized to determine the price. If that party does not determine the price for any reason, the buyer shall be bound by the market price on the day of sale. If the market price cannot be ascertained, the judge shall undertake to determine the price.

يجوز تفويض طرف ثالث في تعيين الثمن فاذا لم يعين هذا الطرف الثمن لاي سبب
كان الزم المشتري بسعر السوق يوم البيع فاذا تعذرت معرفة سعر السوق تكفل
