If it is agreed that delivery shall take place upon the arrival of the goods sold at the carrier, the risk of loss shall remain with the seller until the goods sold are delivered to the carrier, and shall thereafter pass to the buyer.

إذا اتفق على ان يتم التسليم بمجرد وصول المبيع الى امين النقل، كانت تبعة الهلاك
