English translation
1 - If no time for delivery is specified, delivery must take place immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless the nature of the thing sold or custom requires another time to be specified. 2 – If the goods have a particular season, delivery must take place before the end of that season. - If the buyer is entitled to specify a time for delivery, the seller shall be bound to deliver at the time specified by the buyer, with due regard to what custom dictates and what the nature of the thing sold requires.

١ - إذا لم يحدد ميعاد للتسليم وجب ان يتم التسليم بمجرد تمام العقد ما لم تقض
طبيعة المبيع او العرف بتحديد ميعاد اخر .
۲ – فاذا كان للبضاعة موسم معين، وجب ان يتم التسليم قبل نهاية هذا الموسم.
- وإذا كان للمشتري ان يحدد ميعادا للتسليم، التزم البائع بالتسليم في الميعاد الذي
