English translation
1 - If delivery is not required at the consignee's premises, the carrier shall notify him of the arrival of the thing and the time at which he can take delivery of it. 2 - The consignee shall take delivery of the thing at the time fixed by the carrier and bear the storage expenses. After expiry of the time it fixed for taking delivery, the carrier may transport the thing to the consignee's premises for an additional charge.

١ - إذا لم يكن التسليم واجبا في محل المرسل اليه كان على الناقل ان يخطره بوصول
الشيء وبالوقت الذي يستطيع فيه تسلمه.
٢ - وعلى المرسل اليه تسلم الشيء في الميعاد الذي حدده الناقل والالتزام بمصروفات التخزين.
ويجوز للناقل بعد انقضاء الميعاد الذي عينه للتسلم وان ينقل الشيء الى محل المرسل اليه
