1 - The carrier shall unload the thing upon its arrival unless otherwise agreed. 2 - The consignee may proceed directly against the carrier, demanding delivery or compensation where appropriate.

١ - يلتزم الناقل بتفريغ الشيء عند وصوله ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك.
٢ - وللمرسل اليه ان يرجع مباشرة على الناقل يطالبه بالتسليم او بالتعويض عنـد
