English translation
1 - Except in cases of intentional fault and gross fault by the carrier or its servants, the carrier may: A - Limit its liability for loss or damage, provided that the stipulated compensation is not nominal. ۱ - فيما عدا حالتي الخطأ العمدي والخطأ الجسيم من الناقل أو من تابعيه يجوز
للناقل:
أ- أن يحدد مسؤوليته عن الهلاك أو التلف، بشرط ألا يكون التعويض المشترط تعويضاً
صورياً.
ب - ان يشترط اعفاءه من المسؤولية عن التأخير.
٢ - ويجب ان يكون شرط الإعفاء من المسؤولية او تحديدها مكتوبا، وان يكون
