Article 193 of Commercial Code

1 - If the passenger dies during performance of the contract of carriage, the carrier shall be obliged to take the measures necessary to preserve his luggage until it is delivered to the persons concerned. 2 - If any of the persons concerned is present at the place of death, he may intervene to supervise these measures and request that the carrier deliver to him an acknowledgment that the deceased’s luggage is in the carrier’s possession.
