English translation
The passenger shall pay the fare at the time agreed upon, stated in the transport regulations, or prescribed by custom. He is liable for the full fare even if he decides not to travel. If, however, travel becomes impossible owing to the passenger's death or illness or other impediments of force majeure, the contract of carriage shall be rescinded and the fare shall not be due.

يلتزم الراكب بأداء اجرة النقل في الميعاد المتفق عليه او المذكور في لوائح النقل
او الذي يقضي به العرف وهو ملزم الأجرة كاملة ولو عدل عن السفر اما إذا
استحال السفر بسبب وفاة الراكب او مرضه او غير ذلك من الموانع القهرية فان
