1 - The carrier shall not be liable for the loss of baggage retained by the passenger or for damage to it unless the passenger proves fault on the part of the carrier or its servants. 2 - The carriage of registered baggage shall be subject to the provisions governing the carriage of things.

١ - لا يكون الناقل مسؤولا عن ضياع الأمتعة التي يحتفظ بها الراكب او عن
تلفها الا إذا اثبت الراكب خطأ الناقل او تابعيه.
