1 - The commission agent for carriage shall safeguard the interests of his principal and implement his instructions, particularly those concerning the choice of carrier. 2 - The agent may not charge his principal's account with carriage charges higher than those agreed with the carrier.

۱ - يلتزم الوكيل العمولة للنقل بأن يحافظ على مصلحة موكله وان ينفذ تعليماتـه
بوجه خاص ما تعلق منه باختيار الناقل.
٢ - ولا يجوز للوكيل ان يقيد في حساب موكله اجرة نقل اعلى من الأجرة المتفق
