The air carrier shall be exempt from liability if it proves that the entire damage arose through the fault of the injured party. The court may reduce the carrier's liability if it proves that the injured party's fault contributed to causing the damage.

يعفى الناقل الجوي من المسؤولية إذا أثبت أن الضرر كله قد نشأ بخطأ المضرور،
ويجوز للمحكمة أن تخفض مسؤولية الناقل إذا أثبت أن خطأ المضرور قد اشترك في
