1 - The competent minister shall issue regulations governing public warehouses. 2 - Each public warehouse shall establish its own regulations governing its activity in accordance with the type of work therein, the nature of the goods it stores and the place in which it conducts its work. These regulations must include, in particular, the manner of determining storage charges.

۲ - ويضع كل مخزن عام لائحة خاصة لتنظيم نشاطه بما يتفق ونوع العمل فيه
