1 - The depositor is obliged to provide the public warehouse with accurate particulars concerning the nature, type and value of the goods. 2 - The depositor has the right to inspect the goods delivered to the public warehouse for his account and to take samples thereof.

۱ - يلزم المودع بأن يقدم إلى المخزن العام بيانات صحيحة عن طبيعة البضاعة
ونوعها وقيمتها.
٢ - وللمودع الحق في فحص البضاعة التي سلمت إلى المخزن العام لحسابه وأخذ
