Article 245 of Commercial Code

1 - The depositor shall receive a warehouse receipt stating his name, occupation, domicile, the type, nature, and quantity of the goods, and other particulars necessary to establish their identity and value, the name of the warehouse where they are deposited, the name of the company insuring the goods, if any, and a statement as to whether the duties and taxes due on them have been paid. 2 - A pledge warrant containing all the particulars mentioned in the warehouse receipt shall be attached to each warehouse receipt. 3 - The public warehouse shall retain a true copy of the warehouse receipt and the pledge warrant.
