Article 246 of Commercial Code

1 - If the goods for which the warehouse receipt and pledge warrant have been delivered are fungible things, they may be replaced with goods of the same nature, kind and quality if this is stipulated in the warehouse receipt and pledge warrant. In this case, all rights and preferential rights of the holder of the receipt or warrant shall pass to the new goods. 2 - A warehouse receipt and pledge warrant may be issued for a quantity of fungible goods held in bulk within a larger quantity.
