English translation
1 - The guarantor provided in the event of loss of a storage receipt shall be discharged upon the lapse of five years without any demand for recovery of the goods being addressed to the warehouse. 2 - The guarantor provided in the event of loss of a pledge warrant shall be discharged upon the lapse of three years from the date of entry of the endorsement in the public warehouse's books.

١ - تبرأ ذمة الكفيل الذي يقدم في حالة ضياع إيصال التخزين بانقضاء خمس
سنوات دون أن توجه إلى المخزن أية مطالبة باسترداد البضاعة.
٢ - وتبرأ ذمة الكفيل الذي يقدم في حالة ضياع صك الرهن بانقضاء ثلاث سنوات
