The principal may engage more than one contract agent in the same area and for the same branch of activity. 2 - A contract agent may not act as agent for more than one establishment competing in the same activity and in the same area, except in accordance with the arrangements and conditions prescribed by the Minister of Commerce in agreement with the other concerned authorities.

يجوز للموكل أن يستعين بأكثر من وكيل عقود واحد في ذات المنطقة ولذات
الفرع من النشاط.
٢ - ولا يجوز لوكيل العقود أن يكون وكيلاً لأكثر من منشأة تتنافس في ذات النشاط
