Article 276 of Commercial Code

1 - A contract agent may not collect the principal's receivables unless the principal has granted him that right. In this case, the agent may not grant a reduction or a deferment without special authorization. 2 - A contract agent may receive requests relating to the performance of contracts concluded through him, as well as complaints concerning non-performance of these contracts. He shall be deemed a representative of his principal in actions relating to these contracts brought by or against the principal within the agent's area of activity.
