Article 278 of Commercial Code

1 - The contract agent shall be entitled to remuneration for transactions that are concluded or whose non-conclusion is attributable to an act of the principal. 2 - He shall also be entitled to remuneration from transactions concluded by the principal directly or through others in the area allocated to the agent's activity, even if those transactions were not concluded as a result of the latter's efforts, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
