1 - The contract agent shall safeguard the principal's rights and may take all conservatory measures necessary to safeguard those rights. He shall provide his principal with information concerning the state of the market in his area of activity. 2 - He may not divulge the principal's secrets that come to his knowledge in connection with the performance of the agency, even after the contractual relationship has ended.

۱ - يلتزم وكيل العقود بالمحافظة على حقوق الموكل وله اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات
التحفظية اللازمة للمحافظة على هذه الحقوق. وعليه أن يزود موكله بالبيانات
الخاصة بحالة السوق في منطقة نشاطه.
٢ - ولا يجوز له أن يذيع إسرار الموكل التي تصل إلى علمه بمناسبة تنفيذ الوكالة
