English translation
1 - The action for compensation referred to in the preceding Article shall be time-barred upon the lapse of ninety days from the termination of the contract. 2 - All other actions arising from a contract agency agreement shall be time-barred upon the lapse of three years from the termination of the contractual relationship.

۱ - تسقط دعوى التعويض المشار إليها في المادة السابقة بمضي تسعين يوما من
وقت انتهاء العقد.
۲ - وتسقط جميع الدعاوى الأخرى الناشئة عن عقد وكالة العقود بانقضاء ثلاث
