A distribution contract under which a trader undertakes to promote and distribute the products of an industrial or commercial establishment in a specified area, provided that he is its sole distributor, shall be deemed a contract agency and shall be subject to the provisions of Articles: 275, 281, 282, 283, 284 and 285. يعتبر في حكم وكالة العقود وتسري عليه أحكام المواد:
٢٧٥ و ٢٨١ و ٢٨٢ و ٢٨٣ و ٢٨٤ و ۲۸٥ عقد التوزيع الذي يلتزم فيه التاجر بترويج
وتوزيع منتجات منشأة صناعية أو تجارية في منطقة معينة بشرط أن يكون هو الموزع
الوحيد لها.
