Article 281 of Commercial Code

1 - A contract agency is concluded in the common interest of both parties. The principal may not terminate the agreement without fault on the part of the agent; otherwise, he shall be obliged to compensate him for the damage he suffers as a result of his dismissal. Any agreement to the contrary shall be void. The agent shall likewise be obliged to compensate the principal for the damage he suffers if the agent relinquishes the agency at an inappropriate time and without an acceptable excuse.
