English translation
1 - A broker through whom goods are sold by sample shall preserve those samples until the day of delivery, until the purchaser accepts the goods without reservation, or until all disputes concerning them are settled. 2 - The broker shall indicate the characteristics distinguishing the samples from others unless the contracting parties exempt him from doing so.

١ - على السمسار الذي بيعت بواسطته بضائع بمقتضى عينات أن يحفظ هذه العينات
إلى يوم التسليم أو إلى أن يقبل المشتري البضاعة دون تحفظ، أو إلى أن تسـوى جميع
المنازعات بشأنها.
٢ - وعلى السمسار أن يبين الأوصاف التي تميز العينات عن غيرها ما لم يعفــه
