Article 34 of Commercial Code

1 - A commercial establishment is the trader's place of business and the rights connected with that place. 2 - The commercial establishment comprises a group of tangible and intangible elements that vary according to the circumstances, particularly goods, commercial furniture, industrial machinery, clientele, trade name, leasehold rights, trademarks, trade descriptions, patents, licences, designs and models.
