Article 37 of Commercial Code

1- The contract for the sale of a commercial establishment shall be publicized by entry in the Commercial Register. 2- Registration ensures preservation of the seller's preferential right for five years from its date. Registration shall be deemed cancelled if not renewed within the foregoing period. - Registration shall be expunged by mutual consent of the interested parties or pursuant to a final judgment.
