English translation
1- The sale of a business establishment shall be effected only by an official instrument. 2- The sale contract shall specify separately the price of the goods, tangible equipment, and intangible elements. Amounts paid toward the price shall be applied first to the price of the goods, then to the price of the tangible equipment, then to the price of the intangible elements, even if otherwise agreed.

١ - لا يتم بيع المتجر الا بورقة رسمية.
۲ - ويحدد في عقد البيع ثمن البضائع والمهمات المادية والعناصر غير المادية، كل
منها على حده. ويخصم مما يدفع من الثمن اولا ثمن البضائع، ثم ثمن المهمات
