Article 39 of Commercial Code

If the sale of the business establishment by public auction is requested, the applicant shall notify the previous sellers thereof at their elected domiciles indicated in their registrations, informing them that, unless they bring an action for rescission within a month from the date of notification, their right thereto against the successful bidder shall lapse.
