Article 42 of Commercial Code

1 - A contract pledging a commercial establishment shall be publicized by its registration in the Commercial Register. 2 - Registration shall secure preservation of the preferential right for five years from its date, and registration shall be deemed cancelled if it is not renewed within the foregoing period. - Registration shall be struck off by agreement of the persons concerned or pursuant to a final judgment.
