English translation
1 - A pledge shall be effected only by an official instrument. 2 - The pledge contract must contain a declaration by the debtor as to whether the seller has a privilege over the business, and must also contain the name of the insurance company that insured the business against fire, if any.

١ - لا يتم الرهن الا بورقة رسمية.
٢ - ويجب ان يشتمل عقد الرهن على تصريح من المدين عما إذا كان هناك امتياز
للبائع على المتجر، وان يشتمل كذلك على اسم شركة التأمين التي امنت المتجر ضد
