Article 358 of Commercial Code

1 - The beneficiary acquires ownership of the amount from the time it is entered on the credit side of his account, and the instructing party may revoke the transfer order until this entry is made. - Nevertheless, if it is agreed that the beneficiary shall himself present the transfer order to the bank, the instructing party may not revoke the transfer order, subject to the provisions of Article 363.
