1 - If the beneficiary is declared bankrupt, the instructing party may suspend execution of the transfer order even if the beneficiary received it personally. 2 - The declaration of the instructing party's bankruptcy shall not prevent execution of transfer orders submitted to the bank before the judgment declaring bankruptcy was issued, unless the court decides otherwise.
