English translation
The bank may not cancel the credit before the expiry of the agreed period except in the event of the beneficiary's death, interdiction or cessation of payments—even if no judgment declaring his bankruptcy has been issued—or his commission of a gross fault in using the credit opened in his favour. أو الحجز عليه أو وقوفه عن الدفع - ولو لم يصدر حكم بإشهار إفلاسه – أو وقوع
