English translation
A documentary credit may not be assigned or divided unless the bank that opened it is authorized by the applicant to pay it in whole or in part to one or several persons other than the first beneficiary, pursuant to express instructions issued by that beneficiary. Assignment shall not be effected except with the bank's express consent, and assignment may be made only once unless otherwise agreed.

لا يجوز التنازل عن الاعتماد المستندي ولا تجزئته إلا إذا كان البنك الذي فتحه مأذونا
من الأمر في دفعه كله أو بعضه إلى شخص أو جملة أشخاص غير المستفيد الأول
بناءً على تعليمات صريحة صادرة من هذا المستفيد.
ولا يتم التنازل إلا بموافقة صريحة من البنك، ولا يجوز التنازل إلا مرة واحدة ما
