English translation
1- The bank shall not be liable if the documents presented conform on their face to the instructions it received from the applicant. 2- Nor shall the bank bear any liability regarding the identification of the goods for which the credit was opened, or their quantity, weight, external condition, packaging, or value, nor regarding the consignors' or insurers' performance of their obligations.

١ - لا يسأل البنك إذا كانت المستندات المقدمة مطابقة في ظاهرها للتعليمات التي
تلقاها من الأمر.
٢ - كما لا يتحمل البنك أية مسؤولية فيما يتعلق بتعيين البضاعة التي فتح بسببها
الاعتماد أو بكميتها أو وزنها أو حالتها الخارجية أو تغليفها أو قيمتها ولا فيما يتعلق
